If you are using your insurance for therapeutic massage benefits, please contact me directly via text or email. Please provide me with a copy of your insurance card and DOB so I can perform an eligibility check with your insurance company. This will take about 1-2 days to verify coverage. Do NOT book an online appointment!

I will contact you directly upon getting an approval from your insurance company. Please have several dates and times ready so I can confirm with your appointment when we talk.
