My studio hours are listed below. I work by appointment ONLY! 

NOTE: Saturdays are RESERVED for existing clients only! 

Please send me a text or email as I'm not always available by phone. I do NOT have a personal assistant answering calls so text is the preferred channel for communication.

Please note that I do book up quickly so reserve your spot as soon as you can. A valid credit card is REQUIRED to hold an appointment on my calendar in the event of no shows or last minute cancellations.

If you've booked an appointment and are UNABLE to make it, please notify me 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. You'll  get an automated text 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm that you'll be showing up or you also have an option to  cancel at that time. Either way, I'll be notified and you'll get a text confirmation. I do charge a $35.00 cancellation fee IF I am not notified by voice/email or text. This fee will also apply for SAME day cancellations! Each situation is different and will be handled on a case by case basis. I'd rather KNOW in advance that you will NOT be showing up rather then pulling a no show. Let's be courteous and respect each other's time.
